PILATES

Pilates isn’t new to our space, in fact for years we were privileged to be situated next to a thriving reformer studio. So, when it came time for Embia House to find its feet, it felt only fitting we welcomed the pilates discipline back into our home.

At Embia House we offer a variety of different class styles to cater to every type of movement your body craves.

Our more traditional pilates-style classes, ‘Sculpt’, use tried and true pilates sequences combined with our signature music driven practice to give you that classic pilates burn. For a more up-tempo and targeted session, our ‘Strength’ classes focus on heavier weights and more focused strength training. Our ‘Strength - Burn’ practices offer a more dynamic, spicy, and full body flow with a more prominent cardio focus, juxtaposed with our ‘Strength - Build’ sessions which create the perfect opportunity to slow down, grab that heavier weight, and engage your mind-muscle connection.

We get that the hot room isn’t for everyone, so keep an eye on the schedule for our ‘Ambient’ (room-temperature) and ‘Warmed’ classes.
