Ashira Paraskevas

A proud POC and LGBTQIA+ yoga teacher, she is passionate about intuitive, expressive movement as a tool for healing, self-acceptance and personal transformation. Her journey with yoga began in the depths of a mental health low, and since 2022, the practice has become her anchor - a space to reconnect with breath, body, and truth.

Expect creative, grounded sequences that challenge you in all the right ways—building strength, flexibility, and resilience, while offering you space to just be. Ashira is all about realness over perfection, soulful playlists, deep intentionality, and holding safe spaces that invite all bodies and identities to move, feel, and flow. Outside the studio, she’s a mental health advocate, writer, content creator, dog mum to Benji, and a big believer in movement as medicine.
