Lily Boston
Lily grew up with Pilates, falling in love with its intention and focus at the age 14 while recovering from an injury during full-time ballet training. Drawn to the form, flow, and satisfying burn of the practice, she brings both precision and intensity to every class. Her sessions deliver a full-body workout, bookended by quiet moments of breathwork and stretching to ground and reset. Lily has a particular love for core and glute work, especially side-lying series and dynamic standing sequences that build deep strength and control. With her movement background and mindful approach, she helps clients move better, feel stronger, and connect more deeply to their bodies. Expect focus, fire, and most importantly fun in every session.
